ESPN's Five mid-major conference races to watch: CAA, Missouri Valley, WAC, Summit, MAAC

The CAA is always a hard fought league and enjoyable to follow. Should be another great season in that league. I have followed this league close since Eric Maynor's days at VCU.

Hopefully my APPS can get back to the big dance with Capel at the helm. Should be an exciting year.
