Updated College Basketball Recruiting Rankings

The usual is near the top: Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina, and Arkansas, but one Mid-Major team is making a HUGE splash in the Top 25 and it's Western Kentucky and another hot Sun Belt team is making waves also and that's Florida International. Want proof? Here is today's updated rankings:
