I may be one of the only non-Oregon fans who loves all the stupid crap they do. I think this is awesome.

Love the Unis. All 100 combos of them.

I do not like the court, but I do like their uniforms. One ESPN analyst said it best: "If the wings were done 50 years ago, we'd be calling them a classic."

I like all their unis minus the all yellows which thankfully they have retired.
I like how they wear a different uni combo for every game. They don't have any rich uniform tradition so why the hell not?
The court however is just look gaudy. I bet different colored basketball floors are the next big trend.

It just looks like the middle of the court has been overused and worn out.

What does the symbol under the O in the middle represent?
It's alright by me.

I do not understand Oregon I guess. They have been pretty weird lately with all the uniforms and now this. I guess they aren't exactly traditional lol.
At least they got a new arena. The old one was a dive.
I don't like the court for one reason...it could lead to a lot of ugly courts that we will all have to look at for years to come.

Apprently it is the Nike logo for the Arena, Matt Arena.
Matt Knight was Phil Knights son, but died a while ago I guess.
I don't know the whole story, just that much of it.

+1 = 2
Although the court might look better if the trees were actually shades of green.

EUGENE – A new logo that embodies the spirit behind the namesake for the University of Oregon’s new Matthew Knight Arena, as well as the work that has enabled the university’s new 12,500 seat venue to become a reality, has been unveiled and will serve as the cornerstone for everything the arena represents.
Not only will it be featured prominently on the arena’s new website, MatthewKnightArena.com, it will be located at center court of the arena floor.
The design, which was created with the help of Nike Creative Director Todd Van Horne, was formulated to capture the essence of three major factors:
- The University of Oregon’s innovative, irreverent identity.
- The clean, modern architecture of the arena design.
- The young at heart, curious spirit of Matthew Knight, of whom the arena is named after.
The design visually represents Oregon's modern graphic language, a Japanese torii gate, while also embodying Matthew Knight’s toothy grin. A torii is a traditional Japanese gate which symbolizes an entrance to a sacred place. While building the Nike brand, Phil Knight traveled many times to Japan during Matthew’s childhood.
Used in conjunction with the University’s world-renowned logo, it is the smile of Matthew Knight that cradles the “O”.
As a result, the logo will represent something much greater than just an identifier for a physical structure – it will help tell a story of an arena with a soul.

I love it. Of course, I also love Oregon's multitude of uniforms too (except the faux diamond plate steel look - that was just dumb). I love it though!

12,500? Hmm, I would have expected a bigger arena. Other than that, they can do what they want, but IMO it's Fugly!
