Montana beats UCLA on the road, 66-57.

Montana moves to 1-4 all-time against the Bruins. The Griz are 2-1 against the Pac-10 the last two years & host Oregon State later this month.

Congrats!!

NAU won our last trip to Pauley, in Steve Lavin's last year, which paved the way for former NAU head coach Ben Howland to take over.

I'm watching the replay right now, and the announcer just said a funny line:

"The longer Montana leads this and the longer they stay in this game, the more they think they can win it!".

Like "HOW DARE THEY THINK THAT!!"

"These guards from Montana are 'fairly' athletic...."

Said with distain: "Hard to believe they could go into Kansas and almost beat the defending national champions, then come home and be down 11 to a team from the Big Sky Conference..."

Man, if we had eked that win out against U-Dub last year, we'd completely own the Pac-10... mostly

I didn't know kansas was the defending national champion.

For those that missed it, we beat Oregon State two nights ago, as well, giving us a sweep of the Pac10 this season.
