Delaware State's Tahj Tate dunked a tip-in off of Jay Threatt's missed shot and most of Memorial Hall thought the game was over. However, there was 1.1 second left on the clock as fans and players ran on the court, causing a technical foul for a delay of game.

Sounds racist to me. If the same thing happens this Saturday at Cameron Indoor there is NO WAY UNC is going to the line to shoot two FT's. No way.

On a serious note, that really sucks. Do you not get a warning in that scenario? I take it the foul was called on the bench and not the home crowd?

It's doubtful UNC would get to shoot 2 free throws at any point in the game at Duke.

I've seen worse, I once saw Southern lose a game when a coach from the opposing team cursed at the refs.

Being picked up by the national media. If we make the NCAAs it will be another storyline for them to promote. Especially if we beat SC State at home and NSU wins the regular season title by beating A&T and SSU loses to UMES on Thursday. We would have had the three-way tiebreaker.

This also goes to the refs during gridiron season.Back in 05-06 a game between Hampton@South Carolina St and the refs continually made horrific calls.I think that crew was suspended by the league commissioner for those obvious blunders.
