You forgot the seeds.
Stonehill over West Liberty was a 2-1 upset. W WA and Bellarmine both won 1-1 games. Montevallo won a 1-2 game.
So except for Stonehill, the FInal Four is according to Hoyle (albeit in a tournament featuring regions of 8 vice 16).

Montevallo &West Washington fought it out for the national title.Didn't see the whole game.
