I dunno about that...but I'm not saying the Adams Center is the best either.

The Adams Center & Dee are the 2 best. The only other one even in contention would be Worthington.

Dee is huge, but it's way bigger than Weber actually needs (why did they build a 12,000 seat arena in Ogden?) and, as a result, it seems pretty empty most of the time even with relatively good attendance numbers.

The beauty of Dahlberg is that it's decently sized, but still seems cozy enough that even a sub-par crowd can have an impact.

The Mullins Center, named after the local state representative who procured the funding to build the multi-use facility, sits on the west side of the UMass Campus...


Built in 1993, the center can seat 9493 for basketball and 8383 for hockey...

The Reason the Dee Events Center was built to seat so many people, is because back when it was built, Weber State's basketball team had the fan support and filled it most of the time. Even now when in state rivals come to town, the place usually attracts 10,000 fans. And when Weber hosted the tournament 2 years ago, We had 11,868 fans at the game, and it was very very loud. Believe me its not too big for Weber State.

The only problem i have with it is that we need a new jumbo-tron scoreboard. We got a new scoreboard for our football, but now its time to get one for basketball.

Here is a photo from Friday Night's game that was broadcasted on ESPNU. YSU defeated Cleveland State 64-60 in front of 6,249 fans, the 4th largest in YSU history!

I was thinking the same...my college is D3 and we have a 4,500 seat arena. 2,000 on the side you can see, and 2,500 on the side this pic was taken from.

Yep, Sac St and Portland State have the two smallest arenas in the conference. Northern Colorado isnt far off with 2,700.
