It's still on Big Sky TV, so it's just like pretty much every other conference game.

Quarterfinal Results

The Bobcats play hard & well out of nowhere & beat the Griz in Missoula, 56-54. Divaldo Mbunga gets 7 offensive boards for MSU to punctuate a 40-29 rebounding advantage. Anthony Johnson scores 19 for Montana, but only shoots 35%. Jordan Hasquet had 12 points and 6 boards in his final game. This was the first Big Sky Tournament win for Montana State in 10 years.

Idaho State holds off Northern Colorado 67-60 at home. Both teams shot under 40%, but the Bengals committed 5 fewer turnovers & made 8 more free throws. Matt Stucki had 20 points for ISU while John Pena & Will Figures had 14 apiece for the Bears. UNC's Jabril Banks scored just 5 points in his final game.

The Griz handed them that game. Hopefully Tinkle teaches those guys how to block out by next year.

Or maybe actually attempt to rebound. More often than not there was one, ONE, guy rebounding while the other 4 were running their asses off to get back on D. What the hell is with that? Is Tinkle that scared of a fast break? And another thing, what is the deal with him running the same vanilla offensive play 8 out of 9 times down the court in the second half?

He sure tinkled down his leg once again.

I dunno. They stuck around after the football team lost in Missoula in the playoffs.

Just think… If EWU had been able to hold on in OT against Portland State, the Bobcats wouldn't even have made the tournament. Instead, they're in the championship game.

Montana St. beats the 1 seed on their home floor. Since Portland St. got in last year, go MSU! Haven't been to the Tourney since 1996.

Great win by the Bobcats, Weber only lost two games to a conference team this year- both to the Bobcats at home. Bobcats took the lead going into the half and controlled the game the rest of the way, it was never close. Cats need one more big win tomorrow night against PSU to win the Big Sky Tournie.

Go Bobcats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weber's message board appears to have gone completely silent…
