Yes I know I live in SEC country and ultimately I am an SEC fan. But I can't help feeling happy after the way I have to listen to SEC fans brag and brag while putting down the Big 10 to see first the Big 10 football champion knock the #1 ranked SEC champ out of the first top level college football playoff then see the Big 10 basketball champ knock the #1 ranked SEC champ out of the NCAA basketball tournament.

Time to eat some humble pie, SEC fans.

Ironically, it was:
-Big 10 OSU over SEC Bama in a semifinal in what should have been the NC matchup.
-Big 10 WI over SEC KY in a semifinal in what should have been the NC matchup.

Wisconsin shouldn't have been the fourth #1 seed. Should have been VU. That way would have had Duke/WI and KY/Mich State.

If Duke wins the championship game it'll be hard to say the two best teams didn't meet in the final. Won't really prove they did but it'll still be harder to say they didn't. And Duke did beat Wisconsin 80 - 70 at Wisconsin during the regular season so them winning the title game wouldn't exactly be an upset.

I know Kentucky went undefeated until yesterday and that was a factor in them being perceived as so good. But it's reasonable to think the Big 10 and ACC are much tougher basketball leagues than the SEC is and to doubt that Kentucky would have BEEN undefeated through the regular season if it had played in either Wisconsin's or Duke's conference.

BDK said Wisconsin shouldn't have been a one seed. When I pointed it that no matter what metric used Wisconsin is a one he changed his story to "there best two teams shouldn't meet before the title game" meaning Wisconsin went from not deserving a one to being one if the best two in the tournament.

I think he was saying Nova should have been the 4th ranked 1 seed instead of Wisconsin.

Maybe dem boyz in the South need to due some mo practicin when it comes to roundball & football since the B!G keeps kickin they buttz
