Teams Staying Home in March 2016 Despite Having Positive Record

Aside from Louisville and SMU...

SIU is staying home because of injuries and state budget issues.

Anybody else so far?
Top two wishes of Ivy football fans everywhere: Playoff participation by the Ivy champion and the diversification of opponents in scheduling games.

Also, Northwestern, Evansville, Illinois State are all confirmed to be staying home.
