PSU, Sac State, and Kitties in first round.

PSU, Griz, EWU (unfortunately), and BBQ in QFs.

BBQ to the Big Dance.

Jacks showed a lot of grit in the early part of the 2nd half, even taking the lead for a short minute. But then the wheels fell off and the Jacks ran out of energy. Portland State advances to take on the NoDaks

NoDak easily dispatches Portland State by 22. A 12-0 Viking run at the end of the half was the only thing preventing a massacre.

2-3 ain't all that bad, and that third one was pretty much a crap shoot once it went into OT. A 3OT game in a tournament doesn't bode well for the winner for the remainder of the tournament, though. They'll be hecka tired....

They did get a day off, but the fact that SUU isn't that good to begin with should do them in anyway.

Idaho leads Montana by 7 at the break. Vandals shooting 65%.

Joe Cravens must have compromising pictures of someone in the Big Sky front office, because that's the only reason I can think of that would lead them to keep putting him on the color commentary for this tournament.

Montana came back to make it even for the last 10 minutes, but Idaho ultimately prevailed by 4.

Both UM basketball teams fail to win a single Big Sky Tournament game for the first time ever.

50% in the QFs. Not doing so hot here.

Did any of you do better in one side vs. the other in the first round like I did? Was it the side you usually "call" better? Maybe I should actually get out to some games....

I'm going out on a limb and taking EWU and UND to be in the finals. One upset in seven games so far?

Not much of a limb, they are the #1 and #2 seeds after all.

NoDak leads Idaho by 6 at the half after they were blowing the Vandals away early.
