The smoke gets inside, ya know.

Ohio State's women didn't even take the trip to CA.

Good guys win 80-77. :notworthy:
Down one starter, we lost another at the half. Thank God that 20 point halftime lead held up.

Kind of funny, the last time we played Montana in football we had maybe the best player in program history and he bailed us out after Montana stormed back after we rolled up a big lead.

And this time we play them in basketball and the guy that will probably be the program's all-time leading scorer bails us out to hold off a Montana comeback.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Hornets looking much improved on the men's side. Graves being back makes all the difference, but some of the newbies brought in are contributing right away (Esposito). If the Hornets can clean up the FTs and 3's they can do ok in BSC play. Fullerton was a sloppy finish, but got the W.

Lady Hornets got the big win against a B10 program too. Not bad, I might have to make it out to some games.
