If they both win, yes. If they both lose… not necessarily. This is assuming that the league still looks at common games against other tied teams collectively & doesn't try to break those other ties first, of course.

Also, everything is clinched on the women's side other than the top-2 seeds (NoCo swept Idaho).

Get that new AD ISU, and get a decent coach. They have regressed over the season.

It's unfortunate, but I don't see how Bill Evans survives. It may be a (forced) retirement & not a firing, but still… he's gone.

I'm guessing Jack Murphy is more likely to get fired than not—they've improved, but probably not enough. I figure Brian Katz & Brian Fish have done just enough to survive, though yet another game-1 exit for the Bobcats could still doom Fish.

NAU hammered NoCo in Flagstaff, so Idaho's women have clinched the outright title.

NoCo holds on to beat NAU by 1, so they clinch a share of the title. The Griz will clinch the #1-seed if they win in Sacramento later.

Wait, never mind. I could've sworn ESPN said it was final. NAU now leads by 8 in overtime.

NAU wins by 11 in OT. The Griz will win it outright with a win. I believe the Bears will still get the #1-seed if UM, Weber, and MSU all lose, but I'm not certain.

How is it that a bracket is established that puts 4 of the 6 worst teams on the OPPOSITE side of the bracket from the conference champ? That makes zero sense.

Brackets are typically organized by who the favorites are. The #1-seed is expected to play the #4-seed, the #2-seed is expected to play the #3-seed, etc. 4 of the 6 worst teams are on the other side, but none of them are expected to get past the quarterfinals anyway.
