Viks get a tough first round game against Lillard U. But, a possible semifinal game against Montana. I like it.

The way Weber's been playing (4-8 in their last 12), I'm not sure it's all that tough.

The only teams I think are out of running are WSU and UI. Weber is scuffling/underperforming. Idaho has had the roughest season.

I can see any of the rest of the teams pulling an upset in a Big Sky conference lacking a dominant squad. UM and UNC are the best teams but they are not without flaws. It isn't inconceivable for Portland State or NAU to get hot at the right time. That or the Vikings and Jacks get smoked in the opening round by 20+ points.

The next two weeks always provide ample excitement. Looking forward to it.

Sac wins by 12. Is this the end of the Jack Murphy era?

SUU beat Idaho State by 14. I'm guessing that's the end of the Bill Evans era.

MSU leads Idaho by 14 halfway through the second…

Those two misses by two of the best free throw shooters in the Big Sky...Never easy for the Cats.

Just watched the replay, difference was the 3 ball. Sloppy game by both teams. Good to see this team win a game in the BSCT.

That could happen. I'd be a lot more worried if Katz had time to prepare, but he thankfully didn't.

*EDIT* - Mauriohooho-Le'afa is apparently out for the game, so that's really bad news for Sac.

is it true that the Big Sky has coaches with the names Fish and Katz? Maybe Portland State should have got Snoop Dogg.

Sac ends the half on an 8-0 run, but the Griz still lead by 12.

*EDIT* - Griz lead by 13. The officials apparently changed a deuce into a trey.
