Confused how you have griz at #1 for the men, when they have less wins than both Southern Utah and MSU... shouldn't they be #3?
It's based on the NCAA's net rankings, or—more accurately—estimated NET rankings (they hadn't been updated to include Monday's games when I posted this).
PSU 61-72 IDA; The Viks commit a season-high 21 turnovers UMT 60-58 SUU; Montana's last four opponents have put up a dreadful 0.46 A:TO ratio against them (31:68)
MSU 59-68 UNC; Harald Frey scores 5 points, his fewest since November, 2018
Women
IDA 53-74 PSU; Vikings close the game on a 25-4 run
SUU 74-81 UMT; Suutah shot 51% in the last three quarters, but went 0/10 in the first
UNC 58-91 MSU; Bobcats win points-off-turnovers 33-2
PSU 69-71 EWU; Mason Peatling, Kim Aiken, and Markus Golder all had double-doubles in this game
ISU 49-68 SAC; The Hornets won first-half shooting 60%-35%
MSU 53-59 SUU; Suutah shot 33%, but the Bobcats shot 27%
WEB 64-72 NAU; Brooks DeBisschop comes in off the bench and goes 8/8 from the field
UMT 66-74 UNC; Kendal Manuel went 13/16 and scored 30, but the rest of the Griz shot 33%
Women
EWU 58-75 PSU; The Viks led by double-digits for the last 31:12 of this game
SAC 62-80 ISU; Sac is shooting 25% from outside this season and has only cracked 30% twice NAU 88-82 WEB; Weber shot 56% and lost UNC 67-58 UMT; Lady Griz shoot 27% inside the arc
SUU 65-91 MSU; The 'Cats shoot 56%, their highest mark in a game since February, 2016 (vs. Weber)
Good to see the Hornets rebound off of a horrific trip to the montuckies. Hornets absolutely spanked ISU. If Davis can play like that every game we should be fine.
Hornets take care of business in the Nest against NAU, 64-57. Pure domination by the Hornets in the first half (20 point lead). Then the Hornets sit on the ball in the 2nd half and things get tight when Patton got his 4th foul. Credit to NAU for scraping along and getting back into this one. Hornets made their FTs when it mattered most.
UMT 90-63 EWU; Griz freshman Derrick Carter-Hollinger goes off with 20 points, 14 boards, and 4 blocks
NAU 57-64 SAC; Sac holds on despite seeing their FG% cut in half after halftime MSU 71-68 IDA; Idaho's bench scored 40 and Trevon Allen scored 20, but the starters minus-Allen scored 8 SUU 71-55 ISU; Bengals shoot 33% on their own floor UNC 65-64 WEB; Kai Edwards scores NoCo's last 6 points
Women
ISU 65-72 SUU(OT); Thunderbird freshman Shalyn Fano gets 22 points and 8 rebounds
SAC 107-114 NAU(2OT); Caitlin Malvar gets a triple-double for NAU (17 points, 11 boards, 11 assists)
EWU 54-92 UMT; Both teams shot 58% in the first half, but EWU only shot 19% in the second IDA 69-68 MSU (2OT); Vandal freshman Beyonce Bea scores 26, 11 more than any other player in the game WEB 65-60 UNC; Weber only has 4 league wins the last 2 years, but 2 of them were over NoCo in Greeley
WEB 57-71 SAC; Wildcats shoot 22% in the first half ISU 71-67 NAU; Bengals win in Flagstaff for the 3rd. straight year PSU 77-76 MSU; Holland Woods gets 30 points, 6 boards, 6 assists, 3 steals, and the game-winning shot
Women
MSU 73-62 PSU; The Viks shot 24% in the first three quarters NAU 70-59 ISU; Lumberjacks win second-half shooting 63%-35% SAC 91-67 WEB; The Wildcats are dead last in the nation in TO margin at -9.6 TOs per game
Hornets dominated weebs. Nice rebound from the tough start on the road. We would be 11-3 and 4-1 in the BSC if we could make FTs in the opening weekend.
And surprised to see a road win on the women's side. Didn't expect one of those this year.

Coulda woulda shoulda. A win over Weebs ain’t nothing to write home about this year.

Agree, but still fun to beat weebs nonetheless.
The Hornets have something like a 70% win percentage in the Nest dating back to the 2011-12 season.
