Former Weber HC Passes Away
Four BSC Championships, four NCAAT appearances, and one NIT trip on Neil McCarthy's watch. Beat New Mexico State in the first round in 1979. Oddly, he left Weber to go to NMSU, and took them to the Sweet Sixteen.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
