First to 25 wins...
...is Liberty after Senior Day win vs. Stetson. The 25-2 (13-1 ASUN) Flames are on a 10-game winning streak and their record includes wins over JMU, Navy, and VA Tech. Only losses are to Memphis State way back in NOV and #23 FL Gulf Coast last month. The FL Gulf Coast loss was by only 4, and Memphis State only beat them by 2. Of course, the bulk of the schedule has been ASUN and lower, and therefore weak. Expect a mid-range seed at best....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
