I could be wrong but our first but our first BSC title in any sport may have been ‘86 won’t hoops. Although we may also have been MWAC at that time.

Eastern won the MWAC tournament in '87 (by upsetting the Lady Griz in Missoula). In '86, Montana had 27 wins and Idaho had 26.
