Less than three months after declaring that DL Chris Smith was "family" following the loss of his girlfriend in a horrific traffic accident, thereby making him a single dad on the spot, the Browns have cut him. There is NO rationale forthcoming.

This reminds me of the crude fashion in which the Whiners dumped my UOP teammate Gio Carmazzi after he was hurt playing in the WLAF on THEIR orders.
