Eagles NFL power rankings roundup Week 5: Philadelphia stays in the top 25
The Eagles are getting better despite falling to 1-3 on the season, and even after giving up 40+ points for the second straight week, things are looking up.
Tuesday is the NFL’s power rankings day and despite a third straight loss, the Birds remained in the top-25 on most lists around the league.
Nah, the best case scenario is the Eagles continue to blow, Carson Wentz continues to take all the snaps all while the Colts blow, and the Eagles get two top 10 picks in the draft next year. Of course, to make it even better, Howie Roseman will also need to be fired or leave the Eagles (or go back to that office without windows they put him in during his last banishment) so that someone else, anyone else really, gets to make those picks other than Howie.

Why not three? We have Miami's, ours, and like you said, potentially the Colts'.

I completely forgot about the Miami pick - excellent point. We could have three top 10 picks.
If Howie is still there then it's even money that he trades all three picks to trade back in the draft. Stocking draft picks.

Surely it won't take as long as it's taken him to find a quarterback. That's at 25+.
As a lifelong Cowboys fan (even while deploring the current owner), the only Redskins quarterback to scare me since I became aware of football c. 1980 is Joe Theismann. Similarly, in that span, the only Giants QB to scare me is Phil Simms, and the only Eagles QB to scare me is Ron Jaworski. Of course, back then, the Cards were in the division, but they haven't had ANY quarterback to scare me in that time frame. Murray is close, but not quite there yet. The best of Murray's predecessors is probably PDX's Neil Lomax, but he didn't really scare me, either....

I respected Randall. He even had a 90+ yard punt. The Eagles should have taken advantage of that more....
