Have you guys ever seen scheduling snafus on MaxPreps? We just got a crazy one.
The Lodi (CA) Flames are double-scheduled with home games 10/15 against the Tracy (CA) Bulldogs and the Watertown (WI)-Luther Prep Phoenix. It turns out that Luther Prep's REAL game that weekend is a season-closing tilt against the Lodi (WI) Blue Devils.
Have you ever seen a MaxPreps scheduling glitch like that? It had me going for awhile until I saw the double-scheduling. I don't think we've ever had an out-of-state game before (though our rivals, Stockton (CA)-St. Mary's, a nationally recognized football and basketball power, do it all the time because they have the $$ to do that). If we were going to do that, I think it would be more likely for us to schedule a school from OR or NV (due to geography) or from SD (our current HC came home from there); certainly not WI (unless it were to be a Lodi vs. Lodi game).
MaxPreps should do a better job of editing....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

That's reminiscent of what Incarnate Word is doing today....
