I work for a summer college wood-bat league team and on Thursday, one of our pitchers, Zach Taylor from the University of Evansville, threw a perfect game in a 13-0 win. 13 ground outs, 10 fly outs and 4 strikeouts. Since I'm the media guy for the team, my workload went up ten-fold on Friday dealing with TV stations, websites and such wanting info.
The funniest part was when a guy from Fort Wayne, Zach's hometown, called in and wanted his stat-line for the game. Wouldn't that be somewhat obvious minus the strikeouts?

Pretty impressive. Sounds like he got some pretty good help from his fielders as well. Always nice when the team can pull through for you.
