Washington Nationals Disrespect Iowa Women

Last night the Nats pissed off 40,000 paying customers by pulling Stephen Strasburg due to tightness during warm-ups (wish I could use that excuse to miss work) - they promptly booed his replacement, 39-year-old Miguel Batista. Batista told the media that he blamed Iowa women:

"Imagine if you go to see Miss Universe, then you end up having Miss Iowa, you might get those kind of boos," Batista said. "But it's okay. They have to understand that as an organization we have to make sure that the kid is fine. You don't want to expose him out there and screw up his future."

Well after IOWA got pissed at Montana, for what I don't know, and unleashed a tornado in Eastern Montana I can only wonder how much wrath IOWA will be unleashing on the Nationals for this disrespect.
