...Because god hates Denver.

Denver Broncos running backs Knowshon Moreno and Correll Buckhalter were both injured on the first day of training camp.

Moreno was carted off the field after hurting his right leg Sunday, and Buckhalter injured his back just minutes later.

About an hour into the workout, Moreno caught a pass in 7-on-7 drills and turned upfield when his leg buckled. He grimaced as he hopped into the team's headquarters for tests.

A league source told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora that Moreno pulled his right hamstring, but there are fears it could be torn. Moreno will undergo an MRI to assess the exact severity of the injury.

Denver, hot off a downhill season is talking about running the soon to be famed "wild horse" offense with Timmy Teabag pulling the trigger.

In other breaking news out of Dove Valley, Teabag has signed a contract with Haynes to promote tidy whities. Bet there will be significant skidmarks after just a few "wild horse" plays.

I'm gonna go ahead and pencil in the W week 2 against Denver. Dumervil goes down, likely for the season. Keeps getting worse for the Broncos.

Ya that's a huge blow for Denver, but Seattle still sucks.

Yeah they do. I went to the Vikings/Seattle game last year it was BORING as heck. I left in the third quarter and the score was 38-3

Seattle SUCKED (past-tense), in 2008 and 2009. 2010 has yet to play out. Don't forget, we we're division champs 4 straight years and playoffs for 5. Every team has a down year or two. :coffee:

By the way, if Favre doesn't come back, Vikings won't make the playoffs. Bank it.

We still have one of the best TEAMS in all of football. Favre didn't make the team last year, although he didn't hurt. As long as we have a QB that doesn't turn the ball over we will be just fine

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
