This was so predictable it's not even funny. Dude's body is breaking down before our eyes....he'll make Sam Bowie look like a genius pick for the Trailblazers.

Too bad for the Blazers and their fans.
Their housecleaning is finally complete, it appears, having gotten rid of all the knuckleheads on their roster and in the front office. Paul Allen bought the Rose Garden back and committed to keeping the Blazers in Portland for the long tern. The Portland community was starting to begin supporting the Blazers again after several years of declining attendance and increased anger at the "JailBlazers" and their off-court misbehavior and on-court disinterest.
The Blazers have the rookie of the year in Roy and another rookie had a promising year last year, Aldridge. Some other young players they have on the roster have shown some promise and the addition of Oden was to have given them a legit center, something they haven't had since Sabonis, who could only play limited minutes even at the peak of his career and was on the downhill side of that career by the time he started playing in Portland. Now this happens.
Hopefully he'll recover and play well for at least 10 years but with the history of Blazers centers/big men (Bill Walton, Mychal Thompson, Sam Bowie, Arvadis Sabonis and now Greg Oden) and their various career shortening ailments, things don't look good. On the other hand, the odds are in the Blazers favor to have one of these situations turn out well.
