Always good to see FCS guys succeed at the next level. Roberts is a great receiver.

"Even while many wondered if Andre Roberts would come around, the Cardinals ‘ coaching staff insisted he was better than was given credit."
I have been saying the same thing over on my AZ Sports board since he was drafted - had all the usual "small school" detractors, which is ironic given that one of the greatest Cardinals was from The Citadel, and a UNI player led them to the Super Bowl

Right now I think the biggest inhibitor to Andre (and Fitz as well) is Skelton. I don't know why he got the starting job, after all he seemed to do early in the preseason was check down on the WRs and then threw to the TE.dbackjon wrote:"Even while many wondered if Andre Roberts would come around, the Cardinals ‘ coaching staff insisted he was better than was given credit."

Kolb goes in and suddenly they find a way to win. He definitely looks for Andre more than Skelton does.

Is Hightower still with the Cards? Kind of lost track of him.

Skelton had a decent first half, crappy second half.
In past years, Roberts was Skelton's favorite reciever.

No - he went to the Redskins, and was released this year.
