Another good point. A coach trying to be cutesy with the TO might also wait too long and try to call it after the snap. The result there would be a useless display of rage directed at the line judge that SHOULD be aimed at himself for being stupid....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

I still believe that a coach should try making it look like he's gonna call the timeout and then don't.
