Wrong answer.

Danica won a race in Japan.

Look at all the other "winless" racers out there of the male persuasion before you cast stones, my friend....

She is horrible and no one should care about her. :coffee:

Her average finish for her career is 26.45

Average start position is 29

Led a total of 13 laps...she's run 16,823 laps....or 1 lap every 1,300 laps run....and all 13 came in the same race.

Her DNF rate and top 10 finish rate are nearly identical.
Not to be a dick...but I think that total is wrong.

7 career laps at Daytona 500 (5 in the 2013 race (which she started on the pole...managed to lead only 5 laps from the pole..how?) and 2 in this years Daytona 500 where she finished 40th)
6 career laps at Talledega (all 6 May 4, 2014...started 7th but finished 22nd)

He best average finish/laps run/start position are at tracks that require no skill other than pinning the gas pedal and not crashing...and she struggles with the crashing thing as she's crashed at 38% of her races as Daytona and 33% of her races at the tri-oval. Those are the only 2 tracks where she averages a top 20 finish (17th at both).

The only other track she averages a top 25 finish is Atlanta (22nd)

Danica hasn't won a single NASCAR race.
Correct...for now. Clarify yourself, Mark. Accuracy counts....

If Danica is ever going to get a win, it will be on a superspeedway, where skill is not as important as luck.

She may pull a Trevor Bayne or a Derrike Cope one of these days at one of the big tracks. Then we'll have to listen to all the misinformed talk about how great of an accomplishment it is.

But I don't think she'll ever win at a track under 2.5 miles long where she'd have to have skill to win.

The only way she might win is if they get creative and make a stick shift that is on the driver's seat. Danica would, of course, still be a crash leader if she starts to enjoy the racing too much, but she would at least have a smile on her face.

However, if she learned to control herself and her new technology, she could use the only real feminine skill set she has to pole vault to the front of the pack.

Other than that, she's in the wrong sport.
