I read that story too. Just people - and let's not let the players off the hook too, they went along with it - just getting the wrong things out of sports. Why would you not want to play the best team out there? You can't beat them if you don't play them. People are afraid to dare these days.

Agreed. Even with pro teams that are tanking, the guys on the court are trying to win even if their management is not helping out too much. Someone in the girls game tried to shoot at the wrong basket but she was called for a 10 second violation before the shot went off. You have to be kidding me.

Also, how do you win 55-29 in a game you are trying to lose in girls BB. Many girls BB games don't even get a team to score 55 points.
