London (CNN Business)Formula One engine manufacturer Mercedes has teamed up with clinicians and university engineers in London to design a breathing aid for coronavirus patients that can be quickly mass produced, a development that could help reduce the need for ventilators.

The Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) device, which was re-engineered from an existing machine in fewer than 100 hours, has been recommended for use by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, according to a statement from University College London (UCL), which worked on the project.

Now that his NASCAR career is over, I heard he may look at attending an ACC school this fall.

It MIGHT not be career ending, as he has a few mitigating factors:
-He didn't know he was on the air.
-He was talking to his white spotter.
-Him being 1/2 Japanese.

I could see him losing his sponsors & Gnassi ride (he's in the last yr of his current Gnassi contract), and being relegated to a crap Cup team for a couple seasons like Kurt Busch was after a was let go by Penske due to anger management issues, topped off by a late 2011 profanity laced, obscene gestures on air tirade, or like AJ Allmendinger was after pissing hot in 2012. Then being deemed rehabilitated/punished enough, and getting another chance with a major team in 2022 or 2023. We'll see.
