How Many Is Enough And Who Should Decide?

How many police officers do you think is adequate to cover a NFL game or other event at an NFL stadium? And who should decide on the amount? The stadium owner who is paying or the local police department who could pad the numbers to help its members get more overtime pay?

The Kraft Group is battling with Foxborough, MA over this. Currently they employ 126 officers per major event, does that sound reasonable?

Philly doesn't win a championship very often, but when they do they don't riot like other cities. They don't riot when they lose either.

But you are right, people threw snowballs at Santa over 40 years ago, so Philly fans must be houligans.
