Cubbies

When the Cubs' new right fielder absolutely stole the show today, I knew that someone was going to misread those signs bearing his name in the outfield. I should have known that it would have been my own aunt.
Kosuke Fukudome was pretty much Chicago's entire offense today, a triple short of the cycle with a walk in going 3-3 with a bottom-of-the-ninth extra-innings-forcing three-run blast to the deepest part of the park on a day when nobody thought ANY balls were going to go out. Looks like Chicago has a new star on their hands.
Too bad the Cubbies blew the game in the 10th....
I can honestly say that I'm a fan now. (Of Fukudome, at least. I will ALWAYS be a Reds fan.)
