1 - Brian Roberts 2B
2 - Miguel Tejada DH
3 - Nick Markakis RF
4 - Matt Weiters C
5 - Adam Jones CF
6 - Garrett Atkins 1B
7 - Ty Wigginton 3B
8 - Nolan Reimold LF
9 - Cesar Isturis SS

Not bad. I think they jump up the 3rd place and break .500 this year. Not great, but improved. I'll take it.

Roberts, Jones and Markakis are to streaky to carry the lineup, great stats, but I recall periods last season (Markakis over the past few seasons) where there was zero production from all three of those dudes.... Tejada (minus juice) still good? He's been on a steady decline. Weiters in the four spot? I know he's the second coming of christ, but is he ready to bat cleanup?

Not too shabby at all.

But as in recent years past...and most importantly...how is their pitching?

Speaking of pitching, how is that twatshitdick Eric Bedard doing wherever he went?

There are rumors that he might be headed back here. I don't want it to happen, but he might.

Millwood is their "ace" Guthrie and a buinch of young guns who proved to be fairly decent when called up last year.

I think they still need that 1B/DH that can hit 25-30 HRs and drive in 100+RBI. I hear Adrian Gonzalez is unhappy in San Diego. He would rake in Camden Yards.

DJ - I think with Markakis and Jones surrounding Weiters, he could develop into a clean type hitter. Ultimately that is where he is going to end up anyway.

It's gotta suck knowing before the season starts that third place is about the best you can hope for...

...in your division.
