Not at all. There's like 23 division of English soccer this open to the top four levels only. For english teams, this is probably fourth in terms of desirable to win (league, champion's league, FA cup (all teams can compete), carling cup).

Plus, its ManUre. Fuck 'em.

One of the many competitions each year. The Carling Cup is played between the top 92 teams in England, the 20 teams in the premier league and then 72 teams in The Football League, which is split into 3 levels "Championship", "League 1" and "League 2". Teams are promoted and demoted between the leagues based on each seasons finish.

The Carling Cup (Top 92 Teams in England)
FA Cup (Basically just about every pro and semi pro team in England. This year 762 teams have competed)
Champions League (Elite European teams based on previous seasons results)

Ah, I like what Chelsea's been doing - really exposes the hypocrisy of these Big 3 "fans" (I personally prefer consumer here). "Chel$ki buys alllll their titles wahhh all they did was buy players sobbing". Yeah, cuz you sure as hell didn't follow ManU or Liverpool or Arsenal before you saw them winning. And how did that winning start? By buying the best players and the titles themselves.
