Ben Roethlisberger Accused of Sexual Assault

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault by a young woman in Georgia, TMZ has learned.

The alleged incident occurred early this morning at Capital City -- a club in Milledgeville, Georgia.

According to law enforcement sources, the alleged victim -- who has already been interviewed by police -- was treated at a local hospital and released.

We're told in addition to the alleged victim, witnesses are being interviewed -- and one law enforcement source says they will attempt to interview Roethlisberger.

Regardless of whether it is true or not, he's kinda dumb to place himself in this sort of situation.

I agree with that - while it may be a bummer, the dude has to realize with all that money and with the one allegation already hanging over his head, that he should just avoid these situations entirely. Hanging out at a bar or restaurant with women he doesn't know may be something a normal single guy in his 20's can and does do, but he's far from normal. Kinda similar to when Charles Barkley kept going to bars and getting taunted into fights with people - eventually, you just have to avoid being there altogether to make sure it doesn't happen. Big Ben should just stay in his very, very big house and have the girls come to him.
