Junichi Tazawa Visits Dr. James Andrews for Right Elbow Red Sox minor league pitcher Junichi Tazawa was in Birmingham, Ala., on Monday to have noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews take a look at his right elbow.
The team offered no further information on Tazawa's condition. He had not been seen much at camp since he gave up four runs in an inning against Tampa Bay on March 22.
