Fenway Erupts As Bruins Take 3-1 Series Lead

Post by UNHWildCats »

Fenway erupted in cheers almost instantly when the Bruins beat the Sabres 3-2 in 2OT. Not sure exactly how the thousands at Fenway knew so quickly as the score hadn't even been announced at Fenway.

Now the Fenway faithful are hoping the hometown boys can end the game in the 12th so they can go home.

There is an obscure invention called the radio, perhaps you've heard of it.

perhaps but I doubt so many people there have radios with them that could cause such an instant roar of the crowd... It was like goal scored and 30 seconds later Fenway was rocking.

Must be ESP then. No way that fans would bring a radio along so that they could follow the Bruins. :D

I know Fenway is old, but I'm guessing they've retrofitted some suites that have TVs, no?

Nope. Not far enough to the Northeast, like say, Iceland.
