Dominant pitching rotation.
The Boston Red Sox quite literally saved their season over the past 5 days, they even gave the Yankees some needed help... and regardless of what Yankee fans say, they were quietly rooting for Boston to sweep Tampa, after all the Yankees and Red Sox both dominating the Rays for the rest of the season is the only way either team will catch them.
The Red Sox now find them selves 5.5 game back in the east and just 1.5 games behind the Yankees in the WC chase. All things considered the Sox are in pretty good position right now. Now lets see if they can keep it up.
