I'm thinking most Little Leaguers could hit a grand slam off of Joe Blanton this season.

he also made an amazing play off the wall today, but polanco had an even better slide to get into second.

Got up from my seat at the Fens to get some sausages and beers in the middle of the 2nd. Promptly missed Drew's solo shot and Nava's salomi. What a terrible team the Phillies are this year. They should have just stopped in Pawtucket and played the PawSox for a 3 game set, cause they were clearly outclassed by the big club.

Eh, no one's ever won the World Series in June. We'll see where things are come October when things really matter. :thumb:

Indeed. Back in 2003 Boston beat Florida by something like 25-8 after scoring 14 in the first inning... no one that day would have ever guessed Florida would win the World Series that season.
