Remove the worst team in baseball (and projected to have the second worst record EVER), and where does that leave the rest of the AL East?

Baltimore is 2-4

So

Boston 7-2
Baltimore 2-4
Rest 8-10

And by rest I mean...

New York 2-1
Toronto 5-7
Tampa 1-2
