Astros would get Happ + a prospect. Oswalt still needs to approve the deal. It should be done tomorrow.

Happ & Singleton (A ball - 1st baseman, top low minor hitting prospect), maybe another prospect as well.

I have no problems with unloading Happ, who leaves an alarmingly high number of runners stranded on base. Eventually, the levee will break with that stat, and the runs will score. Singleton, I have a slight problem with. You'd like to keep SOME high-quality prospects in the system for future years. So long as it's not outright rapeage (as happened with the Lee fiasco), the Phils should be ok.
Big bonus with the Oswalt addition would be having a 1-2-3 of Halladay-Hamels-Oswalt for the next 2+ years. Assuming Oswalt's back holds up, of course.

Vance Worley could be there too, solid AA pitcher, came up to the bigs last week & threw 6-7 shutout innings in his 1st AAA start.
