Who do you want to see in the NLCS?

A little selfish on my part... but I'd like to get down to Turner Field for a playoff game. Should be able walk up a few minutes before the game and still get a ticket.

Can't believe the Phils swept the Giants like that. Lincecum just isn't the same pitcher he was last year.
OH! My bad. The series hasn't started yet.

IF the Phils were to win the whole shebang, I'd love to see them go through the Braves and Yankees.

That's be nice. Certainly the Yankees. That'd be special.

Since this is about who I WANT to see in the NLCS, not what is possible, I'd love to see the Phillies/Reds. But uh......yeah, not so possible.

Braves haters...
I chose Bravos and Reds because the Braves will not be able to beat the Phillies in a series..

That's what happens when your team wins 40 division titles in a row.

I saw a few App State fans walk by our tailgate for the phils/bravos game this past Sunday... looked like a bunch of hippies, they even had their kids wearing tidied hoodies.

I like the Giants chances with Lincecom and Cain with Wilson in relief. Zito didn't make the NLDS cut.

I WANT it to be Phils-Braves so we can beat Bobby Cox one last time, and that's how I voted. I THINK it will be Phils-Giants, though.

Agreed.

I'm a lifelong Reds fan, and I hate the Giants. Easy choice, then.
BTW, we just got the news that dollar-funnel Barry Zito has been dumped from the Giants' playoff roster. His record is explanation enough, but many teams would have brought him along since they're paying him anyway.

As a Phils fan I'd rather play a beat-up Braves team versus go up against the Giants pitching. The Phils would win either way, but as someone else said, ending Bobby Cox's career would be good with me.

I was at the game one Saturday repping my ASU gear.

I agree - it would be a cakewalk to have to play the Braves - we could even put Vance Worley on the post season roster and let him shut them down again. But alas, it will be a harder road as we'll have to go through San Fran.

As of right now Cablevision viewers in NY and Philadelphia wont be able to watch the game tonight as FOX has yanked its channel from Cablevision over a fee dispute. The channels in NY and Philadelphia were taken down at midnight. Cablevision currently pays FOX $70 million for rights to broadcast the channels, FOX wants $150 million in the new deal.

Philly losing. I know they have passionate fans, but they also are some of the worst fans for any sport.
