Awesome punt. Why the Giants have kept Dodge is beyond me. The kid is a pretty terrible punter.

That was one of the most epic collapses that I have witnessed. After the TD to make it 31-17 you have to be thinking about an onside kick, yet the Giants seemed to be caught completely offguard. Punting to Jackson with 14 seconds left was not too bright either.

Or punt the ball out of bounds. The Eagles would have had time for one Hail Mary play. I'd rather defend a Hail Mary pass than have to defend against a Jackson punt return.

ya kicking it OOB is the obvious choice.

I just saw the Jackson return and I gotta say.... It woulda been great if the Giants guys hadnt given up and tackled Jacksons ass on the 1 as he ran along the 1 yard line showing off....

I'd just like to thank the "area games" idea for making me miss this in favor of having to see the plowboys.

If I was Coughlin I'd fire the special teams coach. Were totally unprepared for the onsides kick, then instead of having his punt kick it out of bounds he kicks a low line drive...

Except for the part where he waved the ball around in the air. He is a great player, but he is also a stupid hot dog. His premature TD celebrations have resulted in fumbles at the high school and NFL level. He won't learn. Nothing good can come from his showboating, but bad stuff can and has happened.

Score the TD first and then show off.
