A few weeks back I saw a thread.. or perhaps just a post in a thread of a different topic pointing out how Dan Carpenter's career FG% was now the All Time leading FG% in the history of the NFL... the % was 87.3%.
Today I cant seem to find any mention of it... Anyone?

Not to worry oh Grizzly faithful. On post game last night they commented on how they had to throw Colt into the DB fray, He didn't fair too well (as he has done on ST) but he will now have a week to actually learn and perfect the schemes. Not sure what position they may have to 'plug him into' though.

Well my first instinct was to go with the obvious smack (
http://espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore?gameId=243390149" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), but I figure that was played out, plus Dan's contribution was pretty negligible

let me be clear... None of this has to do with smack... I'd root for the guy if he didn't play in the same division as the Pats or for the Colts... I only brought this up cause someone... I think I remember who it was, but wont say, made a big deal about a 3rd year guy having the highest career percentage.... things like that shouldnt be disussed til the guy kicks for like 10 years.

its amazing how close the stats were and how massive the score differential was. Montana finished things that day, UNH didn't... which they have a tendency to do in the playoffs. If one were just to look at the box score they would think it was at worst a 10 point game.
The same is true about the UNI game the following season... UNH couldn't finish a thing that day... just looking at the raw stats of that game you would think UNH won by 40.
One of these years everything will click for UNH and they will win a title... hopefully they have to go through UNI and Montana in the process
