Hey jobless fuck face, the Jets beat the Patriots this year too.UNHWildCats wrote:Braylon on Patriots: "I remember what happened but at the end of the day we know we're better than them."

He said they were better than the Pats... and I showed evidence they arent. Does that mean the Pats are lightyears better? No... It just shows the Jets arent better.clenz wrote:Hey jobless fuck face, the Jets beat the Patriots this year too.UNHWildCats wrote:Braylon on Patriots: "I remember what happened but at the end of the day we know we're better than them."
That game was a fucking snowball game. That is the only way scores get that lopsided in pro sports. The talent differential is minimal top to bottom between the Bills and the Pats. The Jets and Pats is even closer.
Again... He said they were better and I simply provided evidence that proves otherwise... Both teams are very good, but neither should be being so cocky as to say they are better.Grizalltheway wrote:Dumb of Edwards (shocker) to give them bulletin board material, but clenz is right; this is the rubber match of a season series tied at 1-1...
Wasn't saying the Pats were better, just proving the Jets werent.BlueHen86 wrote:UNHWildCats wrote:Braylon on Patriots: "I remember what happened but at the end of the day we know we're better than them."
18-1
Anything can happen, you might want to start crowing after the Pats win.
where in this thread did I say the Pats were better...clenz wrote:You really haven proof the Pats are better either. A snowball effect game, at home, proof doesn't make.
No, you didn't.UNHWildCats wrote:where in this thread did I say the Pats were better...clenz wrote:You really haven proof the Pats are better either. A snowball effect game, at home, proof doesn't make.
Lets see if we can help your Iowa brain understand...

so the Patriots beat the Jets 45-3 and that makes the Jets better than the Patriots?clenz wrote:No, you didn't.UNHWildCats wrote: where in this thread did I say the Pats were better...

You showed a score of one game in a 16 game regular season. One game evidence doesn't make.
I would create an example of how this could be tied into a real life job, but that wouldn't make any sense to you so not worth the effort on my part
Soo...if the Jets beat the Pats then what?UNHWildCats wrote:so the Patriots beat the Jets 45-3 and that makes the Jets better than the Patriots?clenz wrote:No, you didn't.

As I said, both teams are very good, either could be the other on any given day.... My point with the score from the last time they played is that the Braylon is wrong... the Jets arent better.
one team or the other would have to do something extraordinary next Sunday to lay a claim to being far superior than the other.clenz wrote:Soo...if the Jets beat the Pats then what?UNHWildCats wrote: so the Patriots beat the Jets 45-3 and that makes the Jets better than the Patriots?

no one ever claimed that they were far superior. Just betterUNHWildCats wrote:one team or the other would have to do something extraordinary next Sunday to lay a claim to being far superior than the other.clenz wrote:Soo...if the Jets beat the Pats then what?
And what has the Jets done this season to even suggest they are better than the Pats?youngterrier wrote:no one ever claimed that they were far superior. Well....they did beat themUNHWildCats wrote:And what has the Jets done this season to even suggest they are better than the Pats?youngterrier wrote: no one ever claimed that they were far superior. Just better
clenz wrote:Well....they did beat themUNHWildCats wrote: And what has the Jets done this season to even suggest they are better than the Pats?
so how does a 14 point win overcome a 42 point loss?clenz wrote:Well....they did beat themUNHWildCats wrote: And what has the Jets done this season to even suggest they are better than the Pats?
Snowball effect. Again I'd try to explain it to you but the only examples I can think of are job related.UNHWildCats wrote:so how does a 14 point win overcome a 42 point loss?clenz wrote: Well....they did beat them
Once again... I have made no claims that the Pats are better... but you cant dismiss the game either...clenz wrote:Snowball effect. Again I'd try to explain it to you but the only examples I can think of are job related.UNHWildCats wrote: so how does a 14 point win overcome a 42 point loss?
Do you really think the Pats are 42 points better than the Jets?
And why cant we dismiss the Jets win instead and just pass it off as a fluke... at what point does what happen in week 2 become the reality as opposed to what happened in week 13?clenz wrote:Yes, I am going to dismiss that 42 point spread because THE JETS FUCKING BEAT THE PATRIOTS YOU DUMB JOBLESS FUCK.
