In tonight's Portland Trail Blazer game with the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Blazers Dante Cunningham joined the list of the walking Blazer wounded after a possible fracture of his orbital bone received from an elbow thrown by the Cavaliers' Samardo Samuels. Cunningham has been cleared to fly back to Portland with the team tonight.
In light of this, the Blazers have issued the following release,
"Wanted, basketball players. Experience helpful, but not necessary, however those having gone through knee reconstruction or replacement need not apply. Please send MRI's on both knees when applying."
Currently, if Cunningham is out for awhile, the Blazers will be down to only nine able bodied players (and situated in the eighth playoff spot).
