I KNEW Bell was gonna be gone. He was NOT buying into Terry Porter's system, and bitched after each loss, pining for the days of Mike D'Antoni.

Wow.
The Suns are getting a baller in J-Rich. He's been about the only saving grace the Bobcats have had the last couple of years.
Best of luck to him. Damn, Jared Dudley too. Hmmmm, he was moving in the right direction I thought.
Give me some info Raja Bell and Boris Diaw, AZ.

Bell is the real deal, and will excel in an uptempo environment. He can shoot lights-out, and is a good defender. He bitched a LOT about Porter's system, and I'm sure that's why he's gone.
Diaw is a different story. He EXCELLED in the year Amare Stoudamire missed with microfracture surgery, but when Amare came back, Diaw went into a shell and hasn't been heard from since. He's hesitant to take a jump shot, passes up WIDE open 12 footers with regularity, and is not much on the defensive end.
From the Suns perspective, this means some quality PT for Robin Lopez, as he was #3 on the Center depth chart behind Shaq and Diaw.
Good luck with that one though...can't BELIEVE the Suns got somebody to take Diaw's salary...

So..can I be cautiously optimistic?
The Bobcats have made some questionable choices in free agency and the draft (Sean May and Adam Morrison
).
Hate to lose Richardson, but hopefully the new guys will provide a spark. I'm still trying to "get" into the Bobcats. I miss my Hornets. *sigh*
