Someone.

Please.

Kill Berman.

Only on the first batter and I'm about to vomit. He's calling 350 ft homers down the line as if they're World Series game-winners.

Cano the class of the field through the first three batters. He crushed a few.

berman needed to change his shorts after his farthest...

i love how he stomps on the other guys to make his call... bush-league broadcasting...

what's more - you can tell he and Kruk don't much like each other...

This event used to be sooo much better. Why is it 3 hours for 8 guys?

Are you serious? Chris Berman aside, this might have been the best derby ever....

btw after doing the 3 rounds its more like 3 hours for 14 guys, plus this year there was a three way hit off at the end of the 1st round.

I made it up to Fielder in Round 1 before I turned the channel due to lack of interest and Berman avoidance.

I'm as big a baseball fan as it gets & I turned the finals off - couldn't watch it anymore.

Didn't watch HRD, and won't watch the All-Star game either. Only the 1970 game, where Pete Rose effectively ended Ray Fosse's career, ranks in the Ivytalk Pantheon of Great BB Games. ;)

As this game will dictate rather the Phillies will sweep the Yankees at home or away, I have a stake in it and will therefore watch it. :coffee:

Yankees wont play any significant role in the playoffs regardless of the outcome of tonights game.
