I don't understand - did you want them to keep McNabb??? I understand the ire in getting him to begin with, but did you want to perpetuate that mistake???

It's always nice to find out exactly what you're worth, which in McNabb's case would be two 6th round picks.

Trading for McNabb was the second most stupid thing the Redskins ever did. The first was trading him away and deciding between John Beck and Rex Grossman as your starter. @ the Redskins.

I didn't really want him in the first place, but once he was here, I was OK with it. Then they go and disrespect him and lose the team making up some fake story about him not knowing the offense while Sexy Rexy puts on a clown show for the rest of the season. The entire organization from top to bottom is one giant clusterfuck. It's like they are trying to one up their last blunder with an even bigger one.

Since Brett Favre became QB in Green Bay the Vikings have had like 20 QB's and no Super Bowls, while Green Bay has had 2 QB's and 2 Super Bowls.

Minnesota has been, arguably, the worst QB franchise for the last 30 years.

This is going to be worse of a folly than the Spurrier era.

DJH - make it 20 and the Skins might give your Vikings a run for the bad QB era. Culpepper wasn't half bad before he got hurt. The only QB worth a damn the Skins have run out there was a season or two of Brad Johnson.

The Vikings have had good QB's, just always missing something to put them over the top.

For the longest time it was a run defense, they were always near the bottom of the league in run defense. That got fixed, but then the Vikings didn't have a run game after Robert Smith retired. Adrian Peterson solved that issue. The pass defense was shakey (still is), the offensive line was terrible.

The QB play has been good enough to win a SB more than a handful of times since 1990.

Amazing how many QB's the Vikss and Skins have shared... Spergon Wynn might give the edge to the Vikes, but the fact that you've had 2-3 MVP's in Gannon, Favre and Cunningham... I'd say the Skins just might be worse in this category.

I would have killed for a Culpepper era in Washington. A 5 year span with no controversy ending in injury leading into another solid year with Brittle Brad? SSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-it!

Seahawks have three 3rd-stringers battling it out. But it won't really be a battle, because Leinart doesn't have a chance, and Tavaris knows the offense Bevell is installing, along with chemistry with Rice. Either way, he's a stop-gap/backup for either Luck or Barkley next year.
