The New England Patriots have acquired wide receiver Chad Ochocinco after he accepted a restructured three-year contract from the Patriots, a source told ESPN.com's John Clayton.

Terms of the trade weren't known. Ochocinco was seen catching a plane to Boston Thursday. He was scheduled to make $6.35 million for the Bengals this year. The Patriots wanted him to restructure his contract to fit their cap.

Patriots gave up 2 late round picks, one in 2012 and one in 2013.

So the Patriots have gotten Haynesworth and Ocho for 3 total picks, a 2013 5th rounder and two late round picks.

Ochocinco has agreed to restructure his contract and its expected Haynesworth has too.

Also how in demand was Randy Moss in 2007 or Corey Dillon in 2004? Both were huge parts of Super Bowl runs, one that was successful and another that was within 2 minutes of being the greatest season in NFL history.
